BIOSCAPE – Be Still, Be Safe, Believe ……..

Bioscape is an autobiographical landscape. I am keen to follow this direction to create an environment that freezes a portion of my own personal and social history.

We all have a past that is often sub-consciously transmitted into our work and sometimes only after completion do we reflect to realise this.

To compliment my final exhibition piece which can be found on Floor 2, I worked with Artsmith, a collaboration of local artists to develop this physical theatre performance. It presents the story behind my work, capturing the initial beginnings of my thoughts to make Bioscape a believable journey and complete the circle of progression.

The creation of Bioscape demonstrates my own personal journey, encompassing the capsule of time, change, cultural and social history, landscape, travel and self analysis.

The result is art that reacts within its own environment.
